KEMPTON PARK RACES WEDNESDAY 9th SEPTEMBER 2015

Good evening all ... We are having a good spell this summer and the another winning night last Wednesday takes us onto a profit figure of +32.72 for our activities here at Kempton Park, now 9 months in we will be trying hard to keep it going.

If we can keep in front for the whole year that'll be impressive enough for me whatever the final figure. Anyway lets crack on with tonight and target a few more winners across this line once again....

Tonight is a 8 race card with the division of the concluding handicap and that will mean there's 4 handicaps on a good mixture of contests tonight enough to give us something to ponder over. Racing commences at 5:50pm with a 6f Claimer, and ends with the 9:20pm Handicap (div 2) over 1m.

Here we go with our selections for tonight's handicaps;

19:20 - 1m 4f Handicap (3yo)

The market for this event is dominated by KNIGHT MUSIC and EL CAMPEON who come here in good form with recent wins though the latter has better form around Lingfield and has not won or placed here, but Knight Music has a recent win over course and distance.

At a bigger price is SECRET CONVEY who would be a very popular winner for the soon to be retired Clive Brittain has a low weight and is well bred so this trip should be no problem and has to be given a second look in the paddock and markets. [12th 33/1]

19:50 - 7f Handicap
A run of mill handicap now with 12 runners who haven't amounted to much between them and this could be run several times with completely different outcomes each time.

There's one though that could be given the benefit of the doubt as they run in a handicap for the first time and that's ROYAL RETTIE who having had three runs which included a runner up position at Windsor was last seen at HQ in a better race than this. [5th 16/1]

Worth a punt along with MULHAAM against the field. [8th 7/2]

20:50 - 1m Handicap Div 1
The mile handicap contest has been split into two divisions of 10 runners apiece, headed by BAZOOKA who's been regularly placed and consistent without winning but does seem to enjoy Wolves more than here.

HENRY GRACE was a regular here at the back end of last season and has at least won a contest, had a break and likely to give his running so worth a place bet too. [8th 10/1]

21:20 - 1m Handicap Div 2
The second division is equally tame, DREAMING AGAIN would have been a relatively confident choice had it not been for the most recent Sandown run under this rider where they were never in it, but a chance is taken on earlier running around this track. [3rd 7/2]

No joy tonight, losing 5 points off our total profit which now stands at +27.72 points to a level stake at SP.

The next Wednesday night action for us will be in two weeks time on 23rd September.

The sun goes down ... thankfully the lights are on.
