15th Meeting of this season ...

This will be our 15th meeting of the season on Monday afternoon for our system that focuses on Pontefract racecourse, West Yorkshire and we've another fixture to enjoy getting underway about 2.00pm.

Currently showing a loss of -45.31 points to level stakes at SP. Beginning to look like we have the season that breaks the rule and fails (rather spectacularly) to break into profit. There are still some meetings to go and it's possible to turn things around but haven't seen this level of deficit since I started.

As always we count ALL results for this meeting returned to a level stake at SP, and will also show any forecast results too in the daily results but these do not count for the profit / loss figures.

The forecast going is currently reported as 'Good' the weather for Monday afternoon is for a partly cloudy day with a fair chance of showers so take a brolly. The max temp is going to be about 16C and you can't complain about that in October, it's surely time for the jumpers to come out.

Staked -- 16 points.

Returns -- 11.5 Points  (2 winners, 2 non runners)

Balance B/F from the last meeting -45.31 points lost. And although a couple of winners today and a few nice places, it's another loss sadly. So our overall deficit going forwards to the final meeting will be -49.81 points lost. 

Can't win em all I guess. 

Our next meeting will be the FINAL meeting here for 2016. That will take place on Monday 17th October.

That will be our lot for the season and we shall return next year despite the likely defeat this time around.
