13th Meeting of this season ...
This will be our 13th meeting of the season on Thursday afternoon for our system that focuses on Pontefract racecourse, West Yorkshire and we've another fixture to enjoy getting underway about 2.20pm.
Currently showing a loss of -45.10 points to level stakes at SP. Beginning to look like we have the season that breaks the rule and fails (rather spectacularly) to break into profit. There are still some meetings to go and it's possible to turn things around but haven't seen this level of deficit since I started.
As always we count ALL results for this meeting returned to a level stake at SP, and will also show any forecast results too in the daily results but these do not count for the profit / loss figures.
There are now 8 races on today's card with the division of the 1m handicap, the days highlight being the £30,000+ EBF Fillies’ Handicap over 6f.
The forecast going is currently reported as 'Good' the weather for Thursday afternoon is for a partly cloudy day in the most part. The max temp is going to be about 27C which is higher than average for this time of year so enjoy a lovely day out while you can.
