SWINDON VS AFC WIMBLEDON 2nd JAN 2012

CAN THE WOMBLES FIND SOME FORM AT LAST AND GET A FIRST POINT OR THREE FOR 2012. SEEM TO BE IN FREE-FALL AND THE TRANSFER WINDOW CAN'T HAVE ARRIVED SOON ENOUGH.

SHOULD BE AN EASY WIN FOR SWINDON ON ALL KNOWN FORM BUT LETS SEE HOW LONG THE DONS CAN HOLD OUT FOR AS EARLY GOALS (SOFT ONES USUALLY) HAVE BEEN THEIR DOWNFALL OF LATE.

UPDATE AT HALF TIME
SWINDON 0 -- WOMBLES 0

DONS WEATHER AN EARLY STORM BUT LOSE MIDFIELDER MAX PORTER AFTER 15 MINS REPLACED BY BRENDAN KEIRNAN. BUT MAKE IT THROUGH TO THE HALF TIME BREAK WITH THE SCORE 0-0 THAT'S AN IMPROVEMENT ON RECENT GAMES. COME ON YOU DONS.

FULL TIME SWINDON 2 -- WOMBLES 0
THE SECOND HALF WAS ABOUT 12 MINS OLD WHEN SWINDON WON A FREE KICK AND SCORED BY PAUL CADDIS. THEN THE DONS SEEMED TO DROP THEIR HEADS AGAIN AND WERE 2 DOWN WHEN ALAN CONNELL SCORED IN THE 6 YARD BOX TO MAKE IT 2-0 ON 75 MINS. THE DONS ARE IN BIG TROUBLE AND CONTINUE A LONG LOSING RUN IN THE LEAGUE.
